ABOUT
Hi, I'm Joyce!
After completing my vocational education in Social Services and my Bachelor's degree in Social Work, I obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Innovation in Health and Social Care at Utrecht University of Applied Sciences.
I spent several years working in forensic psychiatry, both in inpatient and outpatient settings. For the past few years, I've been working as a case coordinator at the Amsterdam-Amstelland Care and Safety House, where I deal with complex cases involving healthcare, public safety and collaboration between different organisations.
Alongside my work, I enjoy putting my knowledge and experience to use in other ways. I've previously supported students with their theses, developed a training course for hospitality staff on setting boundaries, and I'm involved in developing and organising educational programmes for international students.
I also enjoy creative work, from designing presentations and social media content to creating other visual materials. I like taking ideas and turning them into something both attractive and useful.
With All Inquisitive, I bring these different activities and interests together. Not because they're all the same, but because I enjoy doing different things, taking on new challenges and helping others along the way.
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
How do you make a complex topic easy to understand and ensure people can actually apply what they've learned?
I help develop training courses, workshops and educational programmes. From planning the content and creating activities to designing supporting learning materials.
For example, I previously developed a training course for hospitality staff on setting boundaries, and I'm involved in designing and organising educational programmes for international students. For me, it's not just about the content, but also about presenting it in a way that's engaging and accessible.

CREATIVE DESIGN
A presentation that could use a fresh look, social media content for your business, or an idea you'd like to bring to life visually?
I enjoy working on these kinds of projects and can help create or improve presentations, flyers, social media content and other designs.
It doesn't have to be a big project. I'm also happy to help with small, one-off assignments.

Writing a thesis can feel quite overwhelming. Where do you start? How do you stay organised? And how do you avoid constantly feeling like you're falling behind?
To help students with this, I created the Academic Research Toolkit. A collection of practical resources designed to guide you through your research step by step.
The toolkit includes 10 workbooks, planners, Excel tools and a guide to using AI responsibly in academic research. You can work through the materials independently, whenever you need them.
